This is a Inner ocean surrounded by Honshu,Shikoku,Kyushu. Due to it's location, not getting the warm current benefit on the Pacific Ocean side, the water temperature varies from 8c to 32c. This change in the water temperature can show you the 4 seasons of underwater Japan. The fishes here are mainly preferred as a sushi dish(Cold water fishes).
